Brad has extensive experience in strategic business and exit strategy planning, along with investment banking and tax strategy services. He specializes in putting owners’ goals together with business platforms, people and money, both equity capital and lenders.

His entrepreneurial experience and relationships with private business owner/entrepreneurs has led to his involvement as an equity holder in several business ventures in high tech, commercial real estate, residential real estate, retail and intellectual property.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). In addition, he is a member of the Executive Officers Club, a board member of the Northwest Autism Foundation and member of the Lake Oswego Rotary Club.

Born and raised in the Portland area, Brad received his B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University in 1978. In addition, he has attended graduate study courses in business and taxation at Portland State University.

Brad has an active lifestyle with Jeri and their four children, along with passions of being a pilot, avid skier and musician.
